It looks like Team5 TCAPS didn't do their own homework, but just decided to steal a Knoxville, Tennessee school district's strategic plan and present it as their own—even leaving the Knox County Schools' name clearly visible in the graphic posted yesterday, November 3, on the group's Facebook page.
Commenting on a post that originally appeared October 30 on The Ron Jolly Show's Facebook page, Team5 touted its commitment to developing a strategic plan with the input of a broad range of stakeholders, and used Knox County's plan in place of Team5's proposed effort.
