On October 16, seven land contract holders filed a foreclosure action against several parties, including Jason Bescoe, Andrea Bescoe, Bescoe Family Holdings, LLC and Mackdad Investments, LLC.
A motion hearing in the case is set for November 19 at 2:00p.m. in the Atlas Valley case, when a receiver is expected to be appointed by Circuit Court Judge Celeste D. Bell.
