Buckhannon was indicted, along with former live-in girlfriend/business partner, Kelly DeMoss, on August 8, 2018 but has not been formally arraigned.
DeMoss was arraigned on September 5, and pleaded not guilty. DeMoss now goes by Kelly Buksar Flees.
Buckhannon's whereabouts remain unknown, but he is represented in this case by prominent white collar criminal defense attorney John D. Damak.
