“Based on the evidence presented at trial, the jury found that Roy Bradley and Steven Ingersoll knowingly joined a conspiracy to defraud the United States by impairing, obstructing or defeating the lawful tax collection function of the IRS. The financial records belonging to Roy Bradley, Steven Ingersoll, their entities, and their relatives, revealed that considerable funds were transferred between Ingersoll, Bradley, and various entities in which either or both had interests, but that Bradley and Ingersoll failed to accurately account for those funds on their 2011 tax returns.”
