The $34 million dollar hedge fund federal fraud trial of Battle Creek's "crooked chiropractor", Robert Buckhannon, has been pushed back from October 19, 2015 to April 18, 2016.
In a motion filed yesterday in US District Court in Las Vegas, Daniel G. Bogden, United
States Attorney, and Kathryn C. Newman, Assistant United States Attorney, and attorneys for Buckhannon and co-defendant Terry Rawstern, agreed to the new date.
According to the February 9 court document, defense attorneys have "received over 250,000 pages of discovery in this case and
additional discovery is anticipated."
