Another Steven Ingersoll property (2230 Center Avenue, the Perry House) just hit the market in Bay City. Although the home's wrought iron fence is plastered with 'for sale' signs from local broker Frank R. Janca III, the listing has not yet popped up in the MLS. However, an associate of Janca's confirmed in an email to Miss Fortune this morning the home's asking price: $258,000.
The Perry House is among seven residential and commercial properties that secured the collateral interest of Jan Geht and his Traverse City-based law firm, Bowerman, Bowden, Ford, Clulo & Luyt, which funded a $250,000 future advance mortgage/line of credit registered on February 10, 2015.
Among the numerous Ingersoll properties listed by Janca, at least two have sold (1501 Center Avenue and 1515 Sixth Street), while another, 1022 N. Birney Street, is currently on the market.
