Shortly after receiving the notices from Google, I responded and informed the search engine giant that Damante (who goes by various names, including Robert Damante, Rob Damante and Robert Diamanté) had maliciously filed an "incorrect forgery alert".
Once my response is processed, Google will restore the blog posts back in its search results!
Miss Fortune has been covering Damante for over a year, beginning in early 2014 in a story revealing his association with Battle Creek's "crooked chiropractor", Robert Buckhannon. Buckhannon is under federal indictment relating to a $34 million dollar hedge fund fraud.
