Miss Fortune can confirm that federally-indicted hedge fund fraudster, Robert Buckhannon, plead guilty last Friday (May 8) to a charge of disturbing the peace.
According to a source at Allegan County's 57th District Court, Buckhannon plead guilty and paid fines and fees totaling $625.00 stemming from a July 26, 2014 incident.
(Interesting, since right after he was indicted by the feds in October, Buckhannon's court-appointed attorney claimed he only had "$300.00 dollars in his bank account".)
