After two days of jury deliberations, verdicts have yet to be reached in the trial of Steven Ingersoll and three co-defendants: Ingersoll's brother, Gayle and Roy Bradley and his wife Tammy Bradley.
Prior to last Thursday's closing arguments, U.S. District Judge Thomas L. Ludington dismissed a charge of attempt and conspiracy to commit fraud against all four defendants and Deborah M. Ingersoll, Steven Ingersoll's wife, on the grounds of "insufficient evidence". It was the only charge Deborah Ingersoll faced.
The remaining charges are:
-Steven Ingersoll -- three counts of fraud by wire, radio or television; two counts of attempting to evade or defeat tax; one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States.
-Gayle Ingersoll -- single counts of fraud by wire, radio or television; conspiracy to defraud the United States.
-Roy Bradley -- one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States.
-Tammy Bradley -- one count of fraud by wire, radio or television.
Deliberations resume tomorrow morning, March 10, at 8:30am.
