Originally set for September 29, 2020, and moved to October 29, 2020, the Full Spectrum Management, LLC Chapter 7 bankruptcy adversary hearing set to review Steven Ingersoll's response to the April 30, 2020 Adversary Complaint, has been pushed back again.
The hearing has been delayed until November 24, 2020 and, I'm guessing, will likely be delayed again into the new year.
Noss filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on behalf of his defunct charter school management entity, Full Spectrum Management, LLC on February 19, 2019 seeking to get out from under liabilities exceeding $1.0 million.
Creditor Independent Bank, which acquired Traverse City State Bank in late 2018, is the biggest loser: Noss owes the Bank nearly $800,000.
What are the odds this thing won't come to court until the second anniversary of that February 2019 filing?
If I was a betting person, I'd roll the dice on that one.
