Financial documents filed last week in the Full Spectrum Management bankruptcy adversary action reveal that Mark Noss lied when he asserted in an April 3, 2016 Record-Eagle article that he'd "stopped making monthly payments to Steven Ingersoll".
An accountant working for Noss blew the whistle back in March 2016, revealing Noss had secretly been making monthly payments to Ingersoll.
Noss began the transfers to Ingersoll shortly after he assumed repayment of a $925,000 debt, incurred by Ingersoll, to Traverse City State Bank.
In the April 3, 2016 Record-Eagle article, Noss claimed he'd only consulted with Ingersoll in the wake of FSM taking over as the Grand Traverse Academy's new management firm and has since "stopped that practice" and the payments.
But Noss lied.
As you can see below, Noss made another $12,500 payment to Ingersoll's Smart Schools Bay City entity on April 12, 2016--nine days after he publicly stated the payments had ended.
Will Noss crack like a melon, and reveal where his "Ferris State drinking buddy" Steven Ingersoll hid his millions?
